September 13, 2022: Fayetteville, NC 28304 Fayetteville Christian Warriors (Fayetteville, NC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Fayetteville HomeSchool Crusaders (Fayetteville, NC), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors face the Wayne Country Day Chargers (Goldsboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 16. Fayetteville Christian will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Rocky Mount Academy (Rocky Mount, NC).
The Crusaders now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwest Wake for a NC Home Education Athletic Commission - East challenge on Thursday, September 15. Fayetteville HomeSchool will face a Wolves team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Liberty Christian (Durham, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 6-1.
