September 13, 2023: West Linn, OR 97068 West Linn Lions (West Linn, OR) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting La Salle Falcons (Milwaukie, OR), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Woodburn Bulldogs (Woodburn, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 18. West Linn will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Lincoln (Portland, OR).
The Falcons now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Ashland for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 16. La Salle will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Phoenix (Phoenix, OR). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-1.
