September 13, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28273 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) and the host Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), saw Chambers's volleyball squad beat Olympic by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Chambers upgrades its record to 5-7 on the year. The Cougars host West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) to play the Lions in a Queen City 3A/4A bout on Thursday, September 14. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-5. West Charlotte won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Harding University (Charlotte, NC)
The Trojans now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ardrey Kell for a So Meck 4A bout on Thursday, September 14. Olympic will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Knights record now stands at 12-4.
