Match Summary
Taconic traveled out to Mt Anthony to play a very talented team. They are capable of attacking from several areas of the court and played very good defense. The first set was extremely close and the lead went back and forth throughout. I think we won by 3 or 4 points with our biggest fault being our serve percentage.
In the second and third set we sank into a comfort zone that allowed us to play with confidence and take charge of the match with all 12 players getting in on the action. While we have a very talented team that all contributed to our victory, seniors Nevaeh Williams and Natalia Dos Santos really stood out with some big stats. Nevaeh put out 10 kills, 7 assists, 8 digs and 4 aces, and Natalia pulled up 46 digs as she continues to rule the back court!
