September 13, 2024: Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 The Thomas Jefferson Jaguars (Jefferson Hills, PA) football trounced the visiting Avonworth Antelopes (Pittsburgh, PA), 44-7 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Jaguars now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Mifflin for a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. Thomas Jefferson will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 62-14 non-league loss to Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA). The Titans record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Avonworth drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Antelopes travel to Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA) to clash with the Vikings in a WPIAL AAA Western Hills outing on Friday, September 20. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 3-2. Hopewell lost 49-17 in their recent league outing against Beaver (Beaver, PA)
