Oregon High School Football - Rogue River thwarted by Bandon
September 13, 2024: Bandon, OR 97411 Bandon Tigers (Bandon, OR) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR), 35-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Bandon advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Toledo (Toledo, OR) to play the Boomers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. The Boomers go into the battle with a record of 0-2.
The Chieftains now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Culver for a 2A Special District 5 (9 Man) battle on Friday, September 20. Rogue River will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 34-14 non-league win over Colton (Colton, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.
