The Spartans now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Vernon for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Solon will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-13 non-league win over Benton (Van Horne, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-0.
