Georgia High School Football - Peachtree Academy nudges Community Christian Academy
September 13, 2024: Covington, GA 30014 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Peachtree Academy Panthers (Covington, GA) and the visiting Community Christian Academy Ambassadors (Martinez, GA), witnessed Peachtree Academy's football squad edge Community Christian Academy by a tally of 7-0.
The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Peoples Baptist Academy (McDonough, GA). The Knights enter the GAPPS A Region 2 (9 Man) contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Peoples Baptist Academy got by Covington Academy (Covington, GA), 28-8, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Ambassadors confront the Orangeburg Christian Academy Patriots (Orangeburg, SC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 20. Community Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 40-18 non-league loss to Victory Christian (North Augusta, SC).
