Michigan High School Football - Divine Child beat Milford

September 13, 2024: Highland, MI 48357

The Divine Child Falcons football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Milford Mavericks to 12 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Detroit Country Day for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Divine Child will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 42-18 non-league win over Loyola (Detroit, MI). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Milford drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to South Lyon (South Lyon, MI) to clash with the Lions in a Lakes Valley test on Friday, September 20. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-1. South Lyon lost 49-7 in their recent league test against Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI)
