In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Riverdale Baptist Crusaders football squad scored a good 28-18 triumph over the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons.

The Crusaders (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Bishop McNamara went down by St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD), 14-9, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Falcons meet the St. Joseph's Prep Hawks (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 20. Our Lady of Good Counsel will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Hawks come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 44-16 non-league win over Erasmus Hall (Brooklyn, NY).
