Kentucky High School Football - Shawnee can't hold off Western
September 13, 2024: Louisville, KY 40212 Western Warriors (Louisville, KY) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Shawnee Golden Eagles (Louisville, KY), 8-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Western advances its record to 1-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, September 13. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Campbellsville won 48-6 in their recent non-league battle against Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY)
