Kansas High School Football - Wheatland-Grinnell overwhelmed by St. Francis
September 13, 2024: St. Francis, KS 67756 The St. Francis Indians walloped the visiting Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks football team by a score of 54-6 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Indians face the Greeley County Jackrabbits (Tribune, KS) in a Northwest Kansas (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, September 20. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Jackrabbits enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 64-0 league loss to Rawlins County (Atwood, KS).
The Thunderhawks (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Golden Plains (Rexford, KS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Golden Plains was ripped by Ingalls (Ingalls, KS), 52-21, in a non-league challenge.
