California High School Flag Football - Rio Linda beat Mira Loma

The Rio Linda Knights flag football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Mira Loma Matadors to 0 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Camino for a Golden Empire League test on Monday, September 16. Rio Linda will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 12-7 league loss to Dixon (Dixon, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Mira Loma drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Matadors host Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17.
