September 13, 2024: Bad Axe, MI 48413 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Bad Axe Hatchets (Bad Axe, MI) and the visiting Calvary Baptist Academy Kings (Midland, MI), saw Bad Axe's soccer squad knock off Calvary Baptist Academy by a count of 2-0.
The Hatchets (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Unionville-Sebewaing (Sebewaing, MI). The Patriots enter the Greater Thumb - West battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Unionville-Sebewaing tipped Memphis (Memphis, MI), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Kings battle the Valley Lutheran Chargers (Saginaw, MI) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Calvary Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Chargers enter the battle with a 5-5 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Holly (Holly, MI).
