Missouri High School Soccer - Branson nudges Washington
September 13, 2024: Washington, MO 63090 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Branson Pirates (Branson, MO) and the host Washington Bluejays (Washington, MO), saw Branson's soccer squad hold off Washington by a count of 2-1.
The Pirates (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Monett (Monett, MO). The Cubs enter the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Monett was edged by Camdenton (Camdenton, MO), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bluejays confront the Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 14. Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
