North Carolina High School Soccer - Forsyth Country Day Mount Tabor
September 13, 2024: Lewisville, NC 27023 Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Mount Tabor moves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Spartans host East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a Central Piedmont 4A test on Monday, September 16. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 8-0. East Forsyth won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC)
The Furies now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Calvary Day School for a NCISAA Piedmont test on Tuesday, September 17. Forsyth Country Day will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 0-0 league Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 4-3.
