September 13, 2025: Beverly, MA 01915 Spectators at Saturday's non-league bout between the Beverly Panthers (Beverly, MA) and the visiting Haverhill Hillies (Haverhill, MA), saw Beverly's football team nip Haverhill by a final score of 28-26.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Revere (Revere, MA). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Revere was tipped by Quincy (Quincy, MA), 41-0, in a non-league battle.
The Hillies now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Shrewsbury for a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. Haverhill will play a Colonials team coming off a 14-6 non-league win over Hudson (Hudson, MA). The Colonials record now stands at 1-0.
