Oregon High School Football - Lewis Academy trounces McKenzie
September 13, 2025: Finn Rock, OR 97488 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Lewis Academy Watchmen football squad scored a decisive 70-13 triumph over the McKenzie Eagles.
The Watchmen (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Falls City (Falls City, OR). The Mountaineers come into the 1A Special District 2 (6 Man) match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Falls City was routed by Crow (Eugene, OR), 25-0, in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Gilchrist for a 1A Special District 3 (6 Man) battle on Friday, September 19. McKenzie will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 40-26 non-league loss to Chiloquin (Chiloquin, OR). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-1.
