California High School Flag Football - Eastside thwarted by Lawndale
September 13, 2025: Lancaster, CA 93535 Lawndale Cardinals (Lawndale, CA) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA), 19-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Lawndale improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Inglewood (Inglewood, CA) to meet the Sentinels in a test on Thursday, September 18. The Sentinels come into the test with a record of 4-4. Inglewood won 28-0 in their recent league test against Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA)
With the defeat, Eastside drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Lions host Highland (Palmdale, CA) to meet the Bulldogs in a Golden test on Tuesday, September 16. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 6-4. Highland won 38-0 in their recent league test against Palmdale (Palmdale, CA)
