New Mexico High School Soccer - East Mountain knocks off West Mesa
September 13, 2025: Sandia Park, NM 87047 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the East Mountain Timberwolves (Sandia Park, NM) and the visiting West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM), saw East Mountain's soccer squad triumph over West Mesa by a score of 6-0.
The Timberwolves (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM). The Dons enter the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, West Las Vegas Gallup (Gallup, NM), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 16. West Mesa will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Manzano (Albuquerque, NM).
