Tennessee High School Soccer - White House nudged by Newport Central Catholic
September 13, 2025: White House, TN 37188 Newport Central Catholic Thoroughbreds (Newport, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host White House Blue Devils (White House, TN), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Newport Central Catholic advances its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Thoroughbreds travel to Greeneville (Greeneville, TN) to clash with the Greene Devils in a non-league test on Sunday, September 14. The Greene Devils come into the test with a record of 5-3. Greeneville 0-0 in their recent non-league test against Trinity Christian Academy (Jackson, TN)
The Blue Devils now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Macon County for a AA District 9 test on Thursday, September 18. White House will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 5-0 league win over Greenbrier (Greenbrier, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.
