September 13, 2025: Orford, NH 03777 Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Sharon Academy Phoenix (Sharon, VT), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Rivendell Academy moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The travel to Springfield (Springfield, VT) to clash with the Cosmos in a SVL-C outing on Wednesday, September 17. The Cosmos go into the outing with a record of 2-2. Springfield lost 8-0 in their recent non-league outing against Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT)
Next up, the Phoenix confront the Bellows Falls Terriers (Bellows Falls, VT) in a SVL-C outing, on Saturday, September 20. Sharon Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
