New York High School Football - Southside sneaks past Cicero-North Syracuse
September 13, 2025: Elmira, NY 14904 The Southside Green Hornets football team scored 34 points and held the visiting Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars to 28 in the Green Hornets non-league victory on Saturday.
In their next game, the Green Hornets face the Ithaca Little Red (Ithaca, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Southside will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Northstars (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY). The Silver Warriors enter the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
