September 13, 2025: Lake Zurich, IL 60047 Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL), 28-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Lake Zurich improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Bears host Libertyville (Libertyville, IL) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-1. Libertyville lost 20-18 in their recent non-league test against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL)
With the defeat, Rolling Meadows drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Maine East (Park Ridge, IL) to meet the Blue Demons in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20.
