September 13, 2025: Mechanicville, NY 12118 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Cohoes Tigers (Cohoes, NY) and the host Mechanicville Red Raiders (Mechanicville, NY), saw Cohoes's soccer squad hold off Mechanicville by a count of 3-2.
The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Mohonasen (Schenectady, NY). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Mohonasen was tipped by Schalmont (Schenectady, NY), 5-2, in a league match.
The Red Raiders now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Schuylerville for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 16.
