September 13, 2025: Navarre, OH 44613 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Minerva Lions (Minerva, OH) and the host Fairless Falcons (Navarre, OH), observed Minerva's volleyball team hold off Fairless by a count of 2-1.
With the win, Minerva improves its record to 7-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Salem (Salem, OH) to encounter the Quakers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16. The Quakers enter the contest with a record of 0-2.
Next, the Falcons meet the Triway Titans (Wooster, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 16. Fairless will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Titans go into the test with a 7-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Northwest (Canal Fulton, OH).
