September 13, 2025: Stafford, VA 22556 Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hickory advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Hawks travel to Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA) to face the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Nansemond River won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lakeland (Suffolk, VA)
Next, the Wildcats play the Patrick Henry Patriots (Ashland, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 15. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
