September 13, 2025: Mentor, OH 44060 Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Mentor improves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Cardinals host Magnificat (Rocky River, OH) to meet the Blue Streaks in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 15. The Blue Streaks enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Magnificat lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH)
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Olmsted Falls will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
