The Tekamah-Herman Tigers (Tekamah, NE) softball nipped the host Adams Central Patriots (Hastings, NE), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Tigers now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boone Central for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. Tekamah-Herman will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Adams Central moves to 5-10 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Highway 91 (Leigh, NE) to clash with the in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. The go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Highway 91 lost 12-1 in their recent non-league bout against Twin River (Genoa, NE)
