California High School Volleyball - Archbishop Riordan tips Los Altos

September 13, 2025: Los Altos, CA 94022

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Archbishop Riordan Crusaders volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Los Altos Eagles.

With the win, Archbishop Riordan improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Crusaders host Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA) to face the Monarchs in a West Catholic test on Tuesday, September 16. The Monarchs go into the test with a record of 6-0. Archbishop Mitty won 3-1 in their recent league test against St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA)

The Eagles now own a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homestead for a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza test on Monday, September 15. Los Altos will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rocklin (Rocklin, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-2.
