Ohio High School Volleyball - Pickerington Central over Avon Lake

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Pickerington Central Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Avon Lake Shoremen.

The Tigers (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Reynoldsburg (Reynoldsburg, OH). The Raiders go into the Ohio Capital - Buckeye test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Reynoldsburg went down by North Union (Richwood, OH), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Shoremen now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Hoban for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Avon Lake will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Highland (Medina, OH). The Knights record now stands at 10-2.
