The Central Magnet topped the visiting Cumberland County Jets volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the confront the Hardin Valley Academy Hawks (Knoxville, TN) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Central Magnet will attempt to advance on its 11-5 season record. The Hawks go into the game with a 9-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Lenoir City (Lenoir City, TN).

The Jets (16-9) will now prepare for their game against Gordonsville (Gordonsville, TN). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 10-0 record. In their last outing, Gordonsville defeated Smith County (Carthage, TN), 3-2, in a league outing.
