With the win, Covenant Christian improves its record to 7-6 on the season. The Chargers host Tri-Unity Christian (Wyoming, MI) to encounter the Defenders in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Defenders go into the battle with a record of 1-3. Tri-Unity Christian won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Wellspring Prep (Grand Rapids, MI)
The Dutch now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamilton for a Ottawa-Kent - Black battle on Tuesday, September 16. Holland will encounter a Hawkeyes squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Traverse City West (Traverse City, MI). The Hawkeyes record now stands at 10-7.
