South Dakota High School Volleyball - DeSmet over Florence/Henry
September 13, 2025: Florence, SD 57235 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting DeSmet Bulldogs volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Florence/Henry Falcons.
With the win, DeSmet advances its record to 7-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Sioux Valley (Volga, SD) to face the Cossacks in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Cossacks go into the test with a record of 6-3. Sioux Valley won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD)
The Falcons now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hitchcock-Tulare for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Florence/Henry will face a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Patriots record now stands at 5-2.
