In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Morley Stanwood Mohawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Evart Wildcats.

With the win, Morley Stanwood improves its record to 15-10 on the season. The Mohawks travel to Lakeview (Lakeview, MI) to face the Wildcats in a Central State test on Tuesday, September 16. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 4-7.
