Iowa High School Volleyball - Lisbon can't hold off Forest City
September 13, 2025: Forest City, IA 50436 The Forest City Indians tipped the visiting Lisbon Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Indians now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host New Hampton for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. Forest City will clash with a Chickasaws team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over MFL MarMac (Monona, IA). The Chickasaws record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Lisbon drops to 9-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Calamus-Wheatland (Wheatland, IA) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 3-10.
