Oregon High School Volleyball - Southridge edged by Franklin
September 13, 2025: Portland, OR 97206 Franklin Quakers (Portland, OR) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Southridge Skyhawks (Beaverton, OR), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Franklin improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Quakers travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, OR) to meet the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 4-2. Lebanon won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Woodburn (Woodburn, OR)
Next, the Skyhawks meet the Aloha Warriors (Beaverton, OR) in a 6A Metro challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Southridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 0-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OR).
