Virginia High School Volleyball - Green Run over Heritage
September 13, 2025: Virginia Beach, VA 23453 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Green Run Stallions (Virginia Beach, VA) and the visiting Heritage Hurricanes (Newport News, VA), saw Green Run's volleyball squad notch a victory over Heritage by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Green Run improves its record to 2-7 on the season. The Stallions travel to Bath County (Hot Springs, VA) to encounter the Chargers in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Chargers go into the battle with a record of 4-0. Bath County won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Pendleton County (Franklin, WV)
The Hurricanes now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southampton Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. Heritage will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Fuqua (Farmville, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-4.
