With the win, Newaygo advances its record to 11-7 on the season. The Lions host Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI) to face the Cardinals in a Central State test on Tuesday, September 16. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 5-10. Big Rapids won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Pine River Area (Leroy, MI)
