Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Plainview Bears (Rainsville, AL) and the host Sparkman Senators (Harvest, AL), saw Plainview's volleyball squad nudge Sparkman by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Plainview improves its record to 18-5 on the season. The Bears travel to Priceville (Priceville, AL) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13.
