The Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Pleasant Valley Bears (Brodheadsville, PA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Catasauqua for a Colonial bout on Tuesday, September 16. Southern Lehigh will battle a Rough Riders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA). The Rough Riders record now stands at 1-8.

The Bears (7-8) will now prepare for their match against Northampton (Northampton, PA). The Konkrete Kids enter the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Northampton fell by Easton Area (Easton, PA), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
