The The Academy of the Holy Cross Tartans (Kensington, MD) volleyball held off the host Richard Montgomery Rockets (Rockville, MD), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Tartans now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's Ryken for a Washington Catholic match on Monday, September 15.
