Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the The King's Academy Knights (Woodstock, GA) and the host Tennessee Vikings (Bristol, TN), saw The King's Academy's volleyball squad nudge Tennessee by a score of 2-1.

With the win, The King's Academy improves its record to 24-6 on the season. The Knights travel to Mount Pisgah Christian (Johns Creek, GA) to face the Patriots in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 17-10. Mount Pisgah Christian lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against North Oconee (Bogart, GA)

The Vikings now own a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Virginia High for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Tennessee will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gate City (Gate City, VA). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-8.
