Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Union County improves its record to 6-12 on the season. The Patriots travel to Noblesville (Noblesville, IN) to face the Millers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Millers go into the test with a record of 8-2. Noblesville lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Westfield (Westfield, IN)

The Panthers now own a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delta for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Western will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 5-4.
