Connecticut High School Soccer - Rockville knocks off Windsor
September 14, 2023: Vernon, CT 06066 Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Rams confront the Stafford Bulldogs (Stafford Springs, CT) in a Central Connecticut - North challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Rockville will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 4-0 league loss to Granby Memorial (Granby, CT).
The Warriors now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Avon for a Central Connecticut - Central challenge on Tuesday, September 19. Windsor will confront a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 2-1.
