Vermont High School Soccer - Rutland overwhelmed by South Burlington
September 14, 2023: Rutland, VT 05701 The South Burlington Wolves smashed the host Rutland Raiders soccer squad by a margin of 5-0 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Wolves now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Essex for a Metro game on Wednesday, September 20. South Burlington will play a Hornets squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Burr & Burton (Manchester, VT). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.
The Raiders (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Hartford (White River Junction, VT). The Hurricanes go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record.
