Maryland High School Football - Surrattsville falls to Digital Pioneers Academy
September 14, 2024: Clinton, MD 20735 The Digital Pioneers Academy Pythons felled the host Surrattsville Hornets football team by a score of 32-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Pythons play the Paul Public Charter International Pirates (Washington, DC) in a Public Charter challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Digital Pioneers Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Pirates go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 53-0 non-league loss to McKinley Tech (Washington, DC).
The Hornets (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD). The Hornets go into the Prince George's County 2A/1A challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Fairmont Heights was dropped by Friendly (Fort Washington, MD), 20-6, in a league challenge.
