Washington High School Football - Nooksack Valley triumphant over Renton
September 14, 2024: Renton, WA 98057 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) and the host Renton Red Hawks (Renton, WA), witnessed Nooksack Valley's football squad wallop Renton by a tally of 49-12.
The Pioneers (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against King's (Seattle, WA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, King's was trounced by Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA), 37-18, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Red Hawks confront the Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA) in a 2A KingCo contest, on Friday, September 20. Renton will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 38-19 non-league loss to Annie Wright (Tacoma, WA).
