Illinois High School Soccer - Loyola Academy toppled by Maine South
September 14, 2024: Park Ridge, IL 60068 Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Maine South advances its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 1-2.
The Ramblers now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Brother Rice for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. Loyola Academy will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-1.
