Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Juniata nudged by Midd-West
September 14, 2024: Middleburg, PA 17842 Midd-West Mustangs (Middleburg, PA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Midd-West moves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA) to clash with the Seals in a PIAA District IV-AAA test on Tuesday, September 17. The Seals come into the test with a record of 3-2. Selinsgrove won 3-0 in their recent league test against Danville (Danville, PA)
The Indians now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Line Mountain for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. Juniata will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Susquenita (Duncannon, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-2.
